Tim stared his grading and clearing business in 1999 with a used loader and dump truck.  Over the last 20 years, he's successfully built his company into a highly regarded firm with developers and general contractors across the Southeast through hard work, integrity and delivering projects on time and on budget.

As his business grew, Tim needed more loaders, dozers and excavators, so he began buying used equipment to save money. He attended auctions and searched the internet looking for dependable, well maintained machines that he could put to work right away. He quickly realized that who he was buying from was just as important as what he was actually buying. Purchasing the wrong machine from the wrong seller could require additional cash for unanticipated repairs and delay the machine from earning revenue for his business.
